Randstad Pty is seeking a Contract Administrator to support end-to-end commercial administration on capital works projects in Australia. You will work with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, optimise commercial outcomes, and manage costs.

The role focuses on complex contract interfaces, EOT assessments, risk mitigation, and timely notices and responses.

Formación

• Experience in contract administration within a project-based capital works environment.
• Strong understanding of complex contract frameworks and risk management.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement across technical and commercial teams.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Willingness to commence this year.

Responsabilidades

• Administer complex contracts, ensuring full regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Manage complex contractual interfaces between multiple phases.
• Assess, negotiate, and finalise high-value contract variations against technical specifications and project scope to optimise commercial outcomes.
• Evaluate and negotiate Extension of Time (EOT) claims through detailed schedule analysis.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks including warranty implications to protect project performance.
• Prepare, review, and issue contractual notices, formal assessments, and responses in line with contract clauses.
• Monitor project costs, conduct commercial forecasting, and manage contract registers and cash flow for financial visibility.
• Partner with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams to identify issues and manage their commercial impacts.
