Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking a skilled Contract Manager for our Sales & Delivery - Contract Management function in Canberra. You will lead and support contract management across projects, collaborate with client executives, and help shape commercial outcomes.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in contract management, strong communication with executives, and a solid understanding of commercial contracting terms. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 yrs. relevant experience in contract management.
• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all levels.
• Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations and terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead/support contract management across projects and accounts with leadership input.
• Engage in pre-award activities and discuss deal shaping with sales and leadership.
• Identify, escalate and mitigate commercial risks and issues with project teams.
• Build trusted relationships with client counterparts and support negotiation and drafting.
