Job summary

ACCIONA Australia is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead commercial and contractual performance on major construction projects. Reporting to the Commercial and Risk Manager, you will guide contract administration, manage procurement interfaces, and protect the company’s commercial interests.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in QS/CM or related discipline.
• Significant experience in a Contracts Manager or similar commercial role within construction.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
• Review contracts, tenders, quotations and subcontract agreements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Provide commercial and contract administration support to project teams.
• Manage variations, claims, disputes and contract compliance matters.
• Ensure project documentation and record keeping meet contractual and company requirements.
• Support financial management, budgeting and commercial reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
