We welcome professionals with government or large enterprise backgrounds and the ability to thrive in a client-facing environment. Defence experience or security clearance is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience or experience delivering complex transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• Experience across government, Defence or large enterprise organisations is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver transformation programs with a people-centric focus.
• Develop and implement change management strategies.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and training initiatives.
• Support workforce and organisational transformation.
• Help clients embed sustainable change and realise value from transformation.
