Job summary

Titan Recruitment Pty Ltd. is seeking a senior communications and stakeholder leader to drive engagement across development and operational energy projects. You will build relationships with communities, government, landholders and Traditional Owner Groups, shaping messaging and brand narrative.

You will lead culturally respectful engagement, manage media relations, and develop community benefit programs, reporting to senior leadership in a flat organisational structure.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in communications, community engagement or stakeholder management within energy, renewables or major infrastructure.
• Direct experience engaging Traditional Owner Groups and First Nations stakeholders, including heritage or native title matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating complex project information for diverse audiences.
• Proven media relations and corporate communications experience, with reputational risk handling.
• Degree in communications, public relations, journalism or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead stakeholder and community engagement strategies across projects.
• Lead respectful engagement with Traditional Owner Groups and cultural heritage processes.
• Develop and manage corporate messaging and external communications.
• Create community benefit-sharing initiatives and monitor sentiment and risks.
• Maintain engagement records and reporting for leadership visibility.
