Job summary

Titan Recruitment is assisting with a leadership role in communications and stakeholder strategy for energy development projects. You will build relationships with communities, government and landholders, ensuring clear corporate messaging.

The role focuses on culturally respectful engagement with Traditional Owner Groups, management of media relations, and development of community benefit initiatives to support social licence and long-term project success.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years' experience across communications, community engagement and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Traditional Owner Groups and First Nations stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences.
• Media relations and corporate communications experience, including sensitive issues.
• Degree in communications, public relations, journalism or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead stakeholder and community engagement strategies across projects.
• Lead respectful engagement with Traditional Owner Groups and cultural heritage processes.
• Develop and manage corporate messaging and external communications.
• Create community benefit-sharing initiatives and monitor reputational risks.
• Maintain engagement records and provide leadership with visibility of activities.
