The Department of Education Victoria is seeking a Senior Communication and Engagement Advisor to lead the development and implementation of communications for early childhood reforms. You will provide expert advice and create targeted messaging for services, providers, families and internal stakeholders.

In this fixed-term, full-time role until 30 June 2029, you will work closely with program and policy teams, manage stakeholder engagement, support issues management, and help drive reform

Qualifikationen

• Clear, targeted messaging for diverse audiences including families, providers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs, identify risks, and shape communication strategies.
• Experience supporting reform programs and managing communications in a policy space.
