Victorian Government in Melbourne seeks a Senior Communication and Engagement Advisor to lead the development and implementation of communications and resources for major early childhood initiatives. You will provide expert communication advice, craft targeted messaging for services, providers, families and internal stakeholders, and work with program teams to ensure reform efforts are well understood and supported.

Fixed-term full-time until 30 June 2029.

Qualifications

• A suitable tertiary qualification in a related field.
• A valid Working with Children Check for paid employment purpose.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and implementation of communications and resources to support key projects and initiatives in a fast-paced early childhood environment.
• Provide expert communication advice and develop clear messaging for diverse audiences including services, providers, families and internal stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and support issues management in a dynamic policy space.
