The role connects Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing to translate priorities into actionable plans with strong executive reporting.

Based at our North Sydney head office, this permanent full-time position emphasizes governance, prioritisation and continuous improvement within a complex matrix environment.

Formación

• Experience in PMO, Chief of Staff, or strategy execution within a complex matrix.
• Proven ability to coordinate senior stakeholders and drive governance.
• Strong capability in portfolio management, program governance and executive reporting.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the PMO and Chief of Staff for the Commercial Leadership Team, coordinating priorities and leadership rhythms.
• Own the Commercial operating cadence, planning sessions, governance meetings and decision forums.
• Establish governance frameworks, charters, escalation pathways and accountability mechanisms.
• Coordinate executive communications and leadership materials for a consistent Commercial narrative.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, progress tracking and reporting on delivery.
