Job summary

Mai-Wel Limited is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of assets, including property, ICT, fleet and procurement. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role drives strategy, efficiency and risk management while aligning with the organisation’s mission-driven purpose.

You will steer governance, supplier relationships and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth and operational resilience in a dynamic not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and ability to lead complex portfolios and business improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing property, infrastructure, ICT, fleet, governance and risk functions.
• Strong budgeting, asset planning and operational performance experience.
• Experience in contracts, procurement and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and optimisation of Mai-Wel's property, infrastructure, ICT and fleet portfolio.
• Deliver on cross-functional operational planning with clear governance and risk management.
• Oversee assets and technology services to support sustainable growth and resilience.
• Direct ICT service delivery and manage external technology partners and vendors.
• Drive governance, risk, compliance and assurance activities to support performance.
• Lead procurement, contracts and strategic supplier relationships across the portfolio.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen governance systems and organisational capability.
