Sandvik Mining is hiring a Service Contract Specialist to lead the commercial management of service contracts across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. You will oversee contract lifecycle from mobilisation through renewal, ensuring KPI delivery, governance, and profitability while coordinating with field teams and customers.

The role requires strong contract-management and analytical skills, with the ability to balance customer, operations and commercial priorities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in contract, project or service management in mining/maintenance sectors.
• Ability to interpret contractual obligations and manage KPIs, reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of service contracts within the region.
• Coordinate contract mobilisation, implementation, reviews and close-out.
• Monitor performance, profitability and compliance; identify risks and improvements.
• Lead contract review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders; report on outcomes.
