Job summary
Sandvik Mining seeks a Service Contract Specialist to drive the implementation and commercial management of service contracts across Australia, New Zealand and PNG. You will work with site teams, planning and reliability groups, and customers to ensure contracts meet terms, KPIs and profitability.
The role spans the full contract lifecycle with a focus on safe, reliable service delivery, governance, reporting and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in contract, project or service management.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel across regions as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of service contracts.
- Coordinate contract mobilisation, implementation, reviews and close-out.
- Monitor contract performance, profitability and compliance.
- Lead regular contract review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage contract variations, rate adjustments and renewals with business cases.
- Support tender submissions and contract renewals.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting for audit.
- Identify and resolve contract issues and drive corrective actions.
- Champion safety in contract activities and Sandvik standards.
- Contribute to process improvements in contract management.
