We now share our expertise internationally in the Philippines and the UK. We are seeking a Commercial Manager to provide strategic commercial and contractual leadership across our project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Commercial Manager, Contracts Manager, Senior Commercial Advisor or similar role.
• Construction, infrastructure, engineering or project delivery experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial risk management and contract administration.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating complex contracts.
• Legal qualifications or legal experience will be highly regarded.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to commercial problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the commercial management of major infrastructure and construction projects.
• Advising project teams on contract interpretation, risk management and commercial strategy.
• Reviewing and negotiating client, subcontractor and supplier agreements.
• Supporting contract administration, claims, variations and dispute resolution activities.
• Identifying and mitigating commercial risks throughout project lifecycles.
• Assisting Pre-Contracts and Bid Teams with tender reviews, contract assessments and commercial submissions.
• Working collaboratively with operational and senior leadership teams to drive positive commercial outcomes.
