Job summary

You will operate across delivery, technology and stakeholder engagement, guiding multidisciplinary teams and translating requirements into practical technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and delivering enterprise-level IT or transformation engagements.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud and digital delivery models.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
• Background in consulting, professional services or Defence delivery.
• Current TSPV security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex digital, cloud and modernisation projects within Defence and national security environments.
• Translating business and mission requirements into clear technical deliverables.
• Facilitating discussions between senior stakeholders, architects and engineering teams.
• Breaking down complex technical problems into structured work packages and actionable plans.
• Making informed decisions across performance, scalability, security and business impact.
• Validating technical approaches and identifying when deeper technical assessment is required.
• Communicating technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Managing risks, resolving issues and driving projects to successful completion.
• Contributing to best-practice development across delivery, architecture and cloud adoption.
