Aon is seeking a Client Director for Fintech and Digital Economy within the FSG National team in Sydney. You will lead a portfolio of financial institutions and technology clients, delivering strategic guidance, growth, and high-quality client outcomes in a senior leadership role.

This hybrid role combines top-level client management with team leadership, coaching and cross-solution collaboration across Aon’s services.

Qualifications

• Financial Lines broking or underwriting background.
• Experience leading complex client portfolios and advising senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in people leadership and development.
• Strong commercial acumen with portfolio growth experience.
• Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Commercial drive and strong client, team and business outcomes focus.
• Tier 1 compliance knowledge; Fintech/Tech financial lines experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of financial institutions, technology and mid-market placements with strategic client leadership.
• Partner with senior leaders to grow the industry portfolio and enhance client experience.
• Own delivery of a cross-solution line approach across the portfolio.
• Shape strategic direction of Aon’s Fintech and Digital Economy portfolio.
• Lead, coach and develop team members with clear expectations and career development.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance, workload, capability, and wellbeing.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment and retention across the group.
• Collaborate with Sales on business development, tenders and new business presentations.
• Design servicing and risk management solutions; identify revenue opportunities.
• Drive cross-sell across Aon services and provide market insights to clients.
