Job summary

Aon Risk Services Australia Limited is seeking a Senior Client Director to lead the Fintech and Digital Economy portfolio within the Financial Services Group (FSG). You will partner with the Head of Fintech and Digital Economy to drive strategic growth, client outcomes and team performance, while delivering cross-solution broking and advisory excellence from Sydney in a hybrid work model.

The role focuses on strategic leadership, client-centric delivery and developing a high-performing team

Qualifications

Financial Lines broking or underwriting experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex client portfolios and advise senior stakeholders.
Experience managing direct reports, performance conversations and development planning.
Strong commercial acumen with track record of portfolio growth and cross-solution collaboration.
Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills.
Pro-active, persistent business development approach.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of financial institutions, technology and mid-market placements with strategic client leadership.
Oversee team performance, coaching, succession planning, and wellbeing.
Partner with Head of Fintech and Digital Economy on strategy and growth.
Drive cross-solution delivery and client experience across the portfolio.
Support workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding for the practice group.
Collaborate with Sales on BD opportunities, tenders and new business pitches.
Design servicing and risk management solutions for clients.
Identify revenue growth opportunities within the portfolio.
