Job summary

CDC Queensland on the Sunshine Coast (Kunda Park) seeks a Charter Manager to drive charter performance across Queensland, from inquiry to delivery. You will grow charter revenue by identifying new opportunities and strengthen the company’s position as the preferred bus transport provider in each location.

You will work with Operations leaders to deliver responsive, competitive, high-quality services while promoting safe practices and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in passenger transport/charter or high-volume service environment.
• Ability to develop and oversee a growth-focused business strategy with strong customer focus.
• Proven leadership with ability to foster a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive charter performance across Queensland and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Manage end-to-end charter process from enquiry to service delivery.
• Grow charter revenue by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations to allocate vehicles and drivers for charters while balancing other needs.
• Position the company as the preferred charter operator in Queensland and events/conference markets.
• Ensure WHS and environmental practices are followed during charter operations.
