Job summary

Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Change Management Officer to support large-scale transformation programs. You will provide expert change management guidance, coach leaders and stakeholders, and design strategies that drive adoption and sustainable outcomes across multiple projects and programs within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, implementation and evaluation of change management activities.

Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Change Management Officer to support the successful delivery of large-scale business transformation and change initiatives.

This role is ideal for an experienced change professional who is passionate about helping organisations navigate complex transformation programs. You will provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to stakeholders while designing and implementing effective change management strategies that support successful adoption and long-term business outcomes.

Working within a dynamic project environment, you will collaborate with program teams, leaders and stakeholders to assess change impacts, build organisational readiness and deliver people-centred change solutions.

Contract Details

• 12-month initial contract
• Locations: Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne

Key Responsibilities

Highly Desirable

• Qualifications or certifications in Prosci, ADKAR or similar change management frameworks
• Experience supporting large-scale business transformation programs
• Exposure to Federal Government environments
• Experience within digital health, technology, ICT or digital transformation initiatives
