Job summary

ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions in Australia seeks a Corporate Communications Manager on a 6-month contract to lead integrated communication plans. You will support customers and employees through major transformations and regulatory changes, reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications.

You will craft multi-channel communications, develop executive materials and FAQs, and ensure clear, concise narratives for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate, internal or change communications.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel comms strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience supporting transformation programs or organizational change.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver change communication plans for key audiences.
• Craft messaging for employees to reduce uncertainty and foster engagement.
• Collaborate with customer teams to produce clear communications for customers.
• Equip executives with toolkits and briefing materials for two-way conversations.
• Monitor sentiment and refine tactics using analytics and feedback.
