Job summary

City of Moreton Bay seeks a Senior Change & Capability Partner to lead organisational change initiatives within the Enterprise Project Management Office. You will partner with leaders, project teams and stakeholders to support adoption of strategic initiatives and lift change maturity.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement in Strathpine, with flexible days and on-site parking. You will design learning programs, coach stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across the council.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational change, transformation or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across organisational levels.
• Experience designing and delivering learning or capability uplift programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project teams and leaders to deliver change outcomes.
• Develop practical change approaches for business readiness and adoption.
• Design and coordinate learning programs, resources and capability initiatives.
• Coach stakeholders and promote best-practice change management.
• Support capability uplift through training, communities of practice and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor adoption and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
