Job summary

Reporting directly to the owners, you will shape strategy, improve profitability and cash flow, and implement robust reporting, governance and scalable finance processes to support growth.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified with experience in a larger corporate or sophisticated finance environment.
• Experience in privately owned, entrepreneurial or family-owned businesses.
• Strong ability to influence at executive level and partner with owners.
• Proven track record in building scalable finance processes and controls.
• Excellent financial discipline and robust reporting capabilities.
