Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualifications.
• ,
• Strong technical accounting, financial control and reporting experience.
• Experience in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Hands-on approach with ability to understand drivers behind financial results.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; privately owned or family-run background valued.
• Leadership experience in a growing private business.
• Ability to work closely with decision-makers to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage month-end processes, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Maintain a robust financial control and compliance environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
• Provide commercial insight and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor labour utilisation, material costs, productivity and profitability metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve performance and drive accountability.
