Coastal Advisory Australia is seeking a commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function and support growth. You will drive financial performance, oversee governance, and shape the capital strategy as the business expands through organic and acquisitive growth.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic influence, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for the Board and partners. Newcastle-based, full-time executive role.

Competenze

• Significant senior-level experience in financial management and governance.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams with scalable reporting.
• Proven mergers & acquisitions experience including due diligence and deal structuring.
• Strong track record in managing banking relationships and covenants.
• Ability to translate financial data into strategic Board reports.
