Qualifications

• Experience in capital project procurement within mining, resources, energy, manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management capability.
• Experience managing complex sourcing activities and high‑value procurement packages.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, project delivery and operations teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with focus on value creation and risk management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for major capital projects.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, supplier evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance and contractual obligations.
• Ensure goods and services are delivered on time, within specification and budget.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Monitor procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide procurement guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards and procurement procedures.
