Job summary

Nexon Asia Pacific is seeking a Business Systems Lead to align technology with business needs across our Sydney operations. You will manage SaaS and on-premises applications, govern data footprints and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and compliance.

As a senior technologist, you will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate system enhancements and provide clear communication to stakeholders while ensuring delivery milestones and governance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years in a similar business systems, applications or technology role.
• Broad technical understanding of IT environments.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Full IT project lifecycle experience; initiative to handover to operations.

• Maintain and deliver strategic technology plans to improve efficiency.
• Manage Nexon's SaaS and on-premises business applications.
• Coordinate enhancements and system improvements.
• Govern Nexon's data footprint and ensure compliance.
