Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and express these as requirements and user stories.
• Experience conducting research and in-depth analysis of existing business processes, data and products.
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, end users, product owners, architects, developers, data modellers and testers to design and deliver solutions.
• Highly developed organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise competing demands, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, establish clear expectations, and take ownership of outcomes.
• The preferred applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Baseline level.

Responsibilities

• Manage and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand the business domain, elicit requirements, challenge assumptions, and secure alignment.
• Analyse the problem domain, its processes, systems and data, to build domain expertise and guide solution design, discover new solution opportunities, identify business impacts, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Capture knowledge, requirements/features, and designs in documents, presentations, and backlog items to direct project deliverables, communicate ideas and concepts, and inform team decision-making.
• Collaborate with product owners and project management to build and refine product backlogs to ensure the most appropriate prioritisation and delivery scheduling aligned to business value.
• Engage in all Scrum events, assisting with sprint planning, backlog refinement and ordering, requirements comprehension, and delivery improvements.
