Job summary

City of Gold Coast is seeking a Business Analyst to work with Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts and Business Analysis Leads to identify business needs, define effective solutions, and support the successful delivery of projects and programs. This is a full-time fixed term contract to June 30 2027.

You will lead business analysis activities across assigned initiatives, ensuring outcomes align with strategic objectives and deliver value to the City.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience delivering BA outcomes across programs and projects.
• Bachelor Degree in IT/Business Analysis or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, define solutions and support implementation.
• Elicit, analyse and manage requirements across the delivery lifecycle with artefacts.
• Support greenfield delivery, define governance, roles, hand-offs and BA ways of working.
