Job summary

Capricorn is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the review and development of business processes through elicitation, documentation, design validation and solution implementation. You will collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to analyse current and future-state processes, shape options, support testing and ensure traceability across the SDLC.

You’ll coordinate small projects and system enhancements end-to-end from concept to delivery, balancing operational

Qualifications

Experience delivering analysis for operational improvements and technology projects.
Ability to document current-state and future-state processes.
Experience facilitating workshops and eliciting requirements.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Fluency using Jira for backlog and boards.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities
