My Plan Manager, a subsidiary of Gallagher Bassett, seeks a commercially minded Business Analyst to join the Technology team in Adelaide. You’ll translate business needs into actionable requirements and work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, QA and stakeholders to drive innovative technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Business Analyst within technology, digital or transformation environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and business process documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs, product priorities and user experiences into clear requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation.
• Define and document business rules, workflows, process maps and system requirements.
• Identify risks, gaps, dependencies and opportunities for improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure requirements are complete, testable and aligned to business outcomes.
• Act as the key link between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Support delivery teams through proactive clarification, issue resolution and requirement validation.
• Analyse delivery and requirement quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives across the business.
• Collaborate with Gallagher Bassett and internal stakeholders on technology-related projects.
