You will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, provide expert financial advice on labour costing and workforce planning, develop financial models and reporting, and build strong stakeholder relationships to support decision making and Treasury negotiations.

Qualifications

• Leads budgeting, forecasting and financial planning in large public sector organisations.
• Strong understanding of Treasury processes and funding frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring alignment with governance and priorities.
• Provide expert advice on labour costing, workforce planning and savings initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models, budget reporting and funding submissions.
