Australian Federal Police Association (AFPA) is seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead marketing, communications, brand and digital presence from its Barton ACT base. You will own AFPA's brand and drive awareness, engagement and growth for members and stakeholders.

In this senior role, you will craft strategic campaigns, manage communications across channels and oversee content creation, editorial planning and digital performance.

Qualifications

• Experienced marketing professional with focus on strategy, brand and growth.
• Strong writing and communication skills across channels.
• Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social and print.
• Experience in a membership, union, association or government environment is highly regarded.
• Ability to translate complex issues into clear, compelling communications.

• Lead AFPA's brand strategy, positioning and growth initiatives.
• Develop and deliver integrated marketing and brand campaigns.
• Manage internal and external communications across channels.
• Grow AFPA's digital presence, social channels and online audiences.
• Create compelling content for digital, web, email, print and multimedia.
• Oversee website, digital marketing, social media and email activity.
• Drive audience engagement and support membership growth and retention.
• Develop content/editorial strategy, including BlueStar magazine.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic comms and high-profile campaigns.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers and creative partners.
