Job summary

Rauland is seeking a Strategic Bids Manager to lead high-value tenders and strategic bid responses across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with Sales and senior leaders to shape winning strategies, assess viability and coordinate multi-disciplinary contributions to ensure commercially sound, customer-focused submissions.

You will influence executive decisions, build scalable bid frameworks and capture market insights to drive growth and long-term opportunity realization for Rauland.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex tenders, bids or strategic proposals.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to think beyond compliance.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Highly developed written communication and proposal development capabilities.
• The confidence to work with senior leaders and guide business-critical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-value tenders and strategic bid responses from qualification through to submission.
• Develop winning bid strategies, value propositions and response themes.
• Partner with Sales and senior stakeholders to assess opportunity fit, risk and commercial viability.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributions across Clinical, Product, Commercial, Service and Delivery teams.
• Guide governance, approvals and executive decision-making for major opportunities.
• Build scalable bid frameworks, tools and content that strengthen Rauland's win position.
• Capture market and customer insights to continually improve future submissions and growth opportunities.
