Qualifications
- 10+ years overall BI/Analytics experience.
- 5+ years leading BI, reporting or analytics teams.
- Experience with Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI and Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of executive dashboards, reports, scorecards, and operational analytics.
- Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
- Define KPIs, metrics, dimensions, and reporting hierarchies.
- Govern enterprise KPI definitions and calculations.
- Support trend analysis, forecasting, and business insights.
- Manage BI tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Administer platform security, access control, and performance optimization.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and availability of BI services.
- Develop executive and leadership dashboards.
- Drive best practices in data storytelling and visualization.
- Standardize reporting templates and KPI scorecards.
