Job summary

BSA Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development and Industrial Sales specialist to manage an established South Australian portfolio from our Welland office. You’ll deepen key relationships, understand customer needs, and grow the account base while expanding into new markets across SA.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of batteries, UPS systems or electrical/power products, plus proven BDM or technical sales experience.

Qualifications

• Hands on knowledge of batteries, UPS systems or electrical/power products.
• Proven experience in BDM or technical sales, ideally within electrical, power or industrial sectors.
• Clear communication and a practical, solutions minded approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Building and growing relationships across an established account base.
• Finding and pursuing new opportunities across wholesaler, commercial, infrastructure, and contractor sectors.
• Giving customers real technical guidance on battery, UPS, and DC power solutions, backed by genuine product knowledge.
• Preparing quotes and proposals that reflect that knowledge, not just a sales pitch.
• Working closely with our internal team so you're supported in delivering for your customers.
