Job summary

Buildcorp in Sydney, NSW, Australia is seeking an experienced Events and Marketing Business Partner to join our Corporate Affairs team and manage sub-brand reputation while delivering a national program of corporate, community and industry events.

You will project manage milestones, coordinate marketing elements around events, and work with stakeholders to secure timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating corporate, B2B or community events.
• Experience managing brand or sub-brand reputation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of a business.
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple milestones.
• An understanding of marketing and social media content production.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of large-scale B2B events, including the rugby lunch and leadership masterclass events.
• Manage delivery of Buildcorp Foundation and internal staff events.
• Support delivery of other Buildcorp events as required, including community engagement & sponsorship.
• Act as project manager for all events, owning milestones and obtaining timely decisions.
• Manage event budgets, source venues, and coordinate relationships for strong delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate executive attendance at events, including briefings and run-of-show.
• Oversee event production end-to-end, including run sheets and on-the-day delivery.
• Support production of all marketing and event collateral, including PowerPoint presentations and signage.
• Maintain reputation of Buildcorp's sub brands across corporate and community activity.
• Manage relationships with leadership, project teams, clients, industry partners and community groups.
