• Develop and implement asset strategies, lifecycle plans, maintenance programs and renewal priorities that keep assets safe, reliable and fit for purpose.
• Lead capital investment planning and project delivery, from business cases and prioritisation through to governance, delivery assurance and benefits realisation.
• Strengthen asset management frameworks, systems and engineering assurance, maintaining compliance with the Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF) and relevant obligations.
• Oversee facilities, property and infrastructure performance, aligning investment with current operations and future requirements.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, procurement strategies, major contracts and delivery partner relationships to achieve value for money.
• Provide clear advice to the Board, executives and governance committees, and build effective relationships with government, regulators and industry stakeholders.
• Champion safety, environmental responsibility, collaboration and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
