Ports Victoria is seeking an experienced Senior Executive to establish and lead the statewide Maritime Service Delivery function. You will supervise vessel traffic services, harbour coordination, and port admission processes, reporting to the COO.

Qualificações

• Significant senior leadership experience in maritime/ports/logistics or safety-critical environments.
• Proven ability to lead across multiple locations and 24/7 operations.
• Strong governance, risk, incident, and service continuity expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a statewide Maritime Service Delivery function to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Drive governance, risk management, business continuity and service resilience.
• Provide leadership for Vessel Traffic Services and Harbour Coordination operations.
• Own PMIS requirements and performance for the port system.
• Develop a high-performing leadership team and build organizational capability.
• Foster relationships with Harbour Masters, regulators, operators and emergency services.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and transformation opportunities.
• Champion safety, accountability, collaboration and service excellence.
