BusinessAI in Melbourne is seeking an AI Growth Partner who can turn conversations into outcomes. You’ll own the sales process from first chat through to signed agreement, speaking with business owners and leaders to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our AI solutions save time, cut costs and grow margins.

You’ll join a team that provides warm leads from events, webinars and our SDRs, with room to build your own pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B or service-based sales experience (consulting, subscriptions or memberships).
• Ability to speak with business owners and senior decision-makers and listen well.
• Explain complex solutions simply and avoid hard selling.

Responsabilités

• Have conversations with business owners and understand their needs.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial chat to signed agreement.
• Recommend the right BusinessAI program or membership for each client.
• Follow up with warm leads and create opportunities.
• Present on Zoom, at events or webinars.
• Keep the pipeline up to date and hit targets.
• Collaborate with Consulting and Product teams for smooth handover.
• Share customer feedback to improve offers.
