Job summary

Fractal is seeking a senior sales leader to join our Mining and Natural Resources team in Perth, WA. The role is a dual hunter/farmer mandate, with responsibility for winning new logos and expanding wallet share across key accounts.

The position requires spending at least three days per week at the client site and some domestic and international travel. You will build CXO-level relationships, shape growth strategy, and lead multi-country teams to drive Data Analytics, AI/ML and Data Engineering

Qualifications

12–15 years of sales experience in mining/Natural Resources.
Proven CXO-level relationships across WA mining clients.
Strong network to open doors at CXO/Board level.
Experience selling Data Analytics/AI/Data Engineering solutions.
Proficiency articulating analytics/AI on AWS.

Responsibilities

End-to-end client relationship management with aggressive growth targets.
Lead hunting to win new mining/Natural Resources accounts and grow existing ones.
Structure high-value deals and identify disruptions.
Develop growth strategies and wallet-share increases in accounts.
Manage and nurture C-level relationships
Collaborate with internal/external partners to expand business.
Oversee complex operations related to the account.
Negotiate large deals, MSAs, and contracts.
