Wesfarmers Health is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead delivery across Marketing, eCommerce and Loyalty technology squads. You will report to the Digital Delivery Manager and enable aligned outcomes across multiple teams and vendors.

Responsibilities include backlog readiness, sprint execution, release planning, and governance across initiatives. Ideal candidates bring extensive agile delivery experience and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital delivery, agile delivery, or delivery leadership.
• Experience coordinating multiple squads and cross-functional tech initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery alignment across Marketing, eCommerce and Loyalty squads.
• Support squad backlog readiness, sprint planning and delivery cadence.
• Coordinate delivery across onshore/offshore teams and vendors to support release planning.
