Job summary
Clicks IT Recruitment is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead an Agile Release Train in a large-scale software delivery program for mining technology products. The role is 12-month contract, full-time onsite in Brisbane CBD, with no remote options.
You will guide SAFe ceremonies, manage dependencies, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement across distributed teams. The ideal candidate has extensive Agile leadership experience, strong SAFe expertise, and a track record of aligning
Qualifications
- Experience leading Agile delivery at scale in SAFe environments.
- Strong SAFe and Lean-Agile expertise.
- RTE or similar Agile leadership experience.
- Experience managing multiple Agile teams.
- Proven dependency and risk management skills.
- Data-driven reporting experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead PI Planning and SAFe ceremonies.
- Facilitate ART Syncs and Scrum of Scrums.
- Coach teams in SAFe and Lean-Agile practices.
- Align delivery with business priorities.
- Manage cross-team dependencies.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks.
- Drive continuous value delivery.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders.
- Promote quality and delivery excellence.
- Remove blockers impacting teams.
- Provide clear stakeholder communication.
- Report on ART health and progress.
- Analyse flow metrics and trends.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
