Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in accounting with leadership experience, CA/CPA qualification, and proficiency in Xero, MYOB, Excel, and QuickBooks. We offer flexible, hybrid work and strong professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in accounting, with prior leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax compliance.
• APS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services including business planning, strategy facilitation, and process improvement.
• Manage workflow, budgeting, and team performance to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Oversee technical compliance work including financial statements, tax returns, and management reports.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and represent the firm in client meetings.
