Qantas Group is seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager to drive revenue growth across major corporate customers from our Mascot office. You will develop and execute account plans to increase market share and profitability while strengthening long-term partnerships within the corporate travel market.

You’ll leverage market insights and stakeholder relationships to shape winning sales strategies, balancing multiple priorities and guiding CRM-driven decision making.

Leveraging customer insights, market intelligence and industry trends, you'll develop and execute strategic account plans that uncover growth opportunities, strengthen customer partnerships and reinforce Qantas as the preferred airline for corporate travel.

You’ll have –

• Proven experience in strategic sales, business development or account management, with a strong track record of delivering revenue growth and commercial outcomes. (Travel, Airlines industry highly desirable)
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage senior stakeholder relationships across complex organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts and developing account strategies that maximise market share and profitability.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse customer audiences.
• Experience analysing market intelligence, customer insights and industry trends to develop winning sales strategies.
• The ability to balance multiple priorities, identify high-value opportunities and align effort to commercial return.
• Strong business planning, forecasting and CRM management capability, supported by a data-driven approach to decision making.
