Qantas Group is seeking a Consultant Staff and Duty Travel for a 12-month fixed-term, full-time role based at the Mascot Campus. You will respond to employee and business manager travel queries and manage Qantas and interline bookings with a focus on service excellence.
Key requirements include an IATA Fares and Ticketing certificate or equivalent qualification, experience in airline reservations (Amadeus preferred), strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft

As a Consultant Staff and Duty Travel team you will be responsible for responding to all incoming Qantas Group employee and business manager queries received in relation to staff and duty travel benefits as well as create, manage and refund Qantas and interline bookings as required. You will provide an exceptional level of service and knowledge of the Staff Travel and Duty Travel Program Conditions and help drive a continuous improvement culture.
