Job summary

Getinge Australia Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Account Manager to lead infection control sales in NSW South. You will own the territory, build a commercial plan and drive growth across Endoscopy reprocessing, CSSD consumables and capital equipment.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across Capital, Consumables and Endoscopy, manage key accounts, and balance immediate priorities with longer-term objectives to deliver better patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven hospital sales experience in CSSD/operating theatres or acute-care environments.
• Experience selling capital equipment with exposure to consumables or recurring revenue products is highly regarded.
• CSSD experience or strong understanding of the CSSD environment is desirable.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including territory, pipeline, forecasts and opportunities.
• Ability to prioritise and reprioritise effectively, especially with urgent customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Infection Control sales plan across NSW South.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business across capital equipment and consumables.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders across CSSD, Operating Theatres, Procurement and hospital leadership.
• Drive complex, long-cycle capital equipment opportunities while growing recurring consumables revenue.
• Apply strong commercial and financial acumen to understand territory, pipeline and performance.
