Stramit is one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of steel building products, proudly supporting builders, tradies and distributors across the country. We’re looking for customer‑centric, confident communicators to join our Customer Service Centre in Erskine Park.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering a positive service experience — both over the phone and via email.

Our Customer Service team works closely with multiple internal departments and truly acts as the engine room of the business, keeping communication flowing and ensuring our customers receive a seamless, end-to-end experience. This is not a sales role, but a service-driven position supporting long-term customer relationships.

This role is part time - 3 days per week based in our office at Erskine Park.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to our trade and business customers via phone and email
