Labourforce Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager / 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Wetherill Park team. You will own end-to-end recruitment, manage client accounts, and coordinate a reliable external casual workforce to meet client needs.

Formación

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment or recruitment consulting.
• Proven ability to manage client accounts and relationships.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct client visits and manage key accounts
• Source, recruit, and coordinate a casual workforce
• Maintain and update candidate database
• Recruit for temporary and permanent placements
• Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
