Labourforce Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager / 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Wetherill Park team. You will own end-to-end recruitment, manage client accounts and coordinate a casual workforce.

This full-time role offers training, a supportive national team, and the opportunity to deliver outstanding service across transport, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager / 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Wetherill Park team.

About the Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, client account management, and workforce coordination. This is a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct regular client visits and manage key accounts
• Source, recruit, and manage a reliable external casual workforce
• Maintain and update a diverse candidate database
• Undertake recruitment for both temporary and permanent placements
• Deliver exceptional service and results to clients and candidates alike
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks independently

About You

We’re looking for a confident professional with a strong recruitment background and a proactive, can-do attitude. You’ll be a motivated self-starter who enjoys working both independently and as part of a national team.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position, predominantly Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
