North Sydney Council invites an experienced Access & Inclusion Lead to shape a more accessible and connected North Sydney. You will provide strategic leadership across the organisation to embed access, equity and inclusion in services, facilities and programs.

Leading the Disability Inclusion Action Plan, you will partner with people with disability, community groups and government agencies to deliver lasting change, champion universal design, and enhance community participation.

Formación

• Expertise in disability inclusion, community development, social planning or a related field.
• Understanding of accessibility, universal design and contemporary inclusion practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and evolution of the Disability Inclusion Action Plan.
• Provide strategic leadership and specialist expertise across the organisation.
• Engage with people with disability, older people, community organisations and government agencies.
• Translate community needs into practical solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.
