Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a Senior Strata Manager for a boutique, growing strata business in Sydney. You will manage three Building Management Committee properties (~300 lots each) and provide training and mentorship to junior staff to support their development.

This part-time role offers 3–4 days per week with flexible hours, a salary package up to Pro Rata $150,000 + Super, direct access to leadership, and strong systems including Strata Master to deliver exceptional service to owners and

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior strata Manager.
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Schedule B appointments.
• Attend and facilitate AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders.
• Manage client enquiries, issues and dispute resolution.
• Lead with training and development of junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practice.
